Pancakes were dry, coffee was bland and staff were RUDE. We went here for breakfast after a great time feeding the dolphins (which was such a fun, learning experience) and what started as a good day, ended up being the complete opposite due to the customer service we received (not just us, other customers at other tables were also complaining). The lady serving us was very short to the customers and even told a customer she was supposed to have finished work already. It was a busy day because it was the weekend before CHRISTMAS. DO NOT EAT HERE! Take your money and go somewhere where people are friendly.
1 star for the food and one for the price . Very cheap considering the location. My BLT was good, the service prompt , the lady at cashier pleasant. I asked for my coffee at 55C and it came burning hot, I went back to get it to go, since I couldnt drink it. Filled up the to go cup , and it was only half way. Asked to top it off to make it weaker, and was asked to pay extra, as to go is more expensive ( while the menu only has one price)The barista wasnt very nice and understanding. I asked the cook lady and she topped it off a bit. Lady if you hate your barista job so much, quit it. Ill go to Mc Cafe and get better service for half the price , without the attitude .I guess I should have sent it back when it wasnt to my liking in temperature !
We have found the staff very friendly and courteous.. We have been going there for meals for four days now and find the meals exceptional thoroughly recommend. Going back today for lunch. Keep up the good work
