Just got pizzas from them for the first time in over a year and didnt get all the toppings and the toppings I did get I had trouble finding plus it was cold... value for money i think not ... its a shame . And the cup of coffee or should I sat the cup of mud very disappointed. And the young girl taking orders my God they must be hard up for staff
The oil is always at the correct temperature for deep-frying ( which is more than can be said for MOST places! ).The view, peering up the Straits...well, it's just quietly breathtaking!p.s. If you are getting surly service, maybe it's because you earned it. How do you treat people, especially those you regard as your Social Inferiors?
The young girl who served us was very busy, she remained pleasant and not flustered. The coffee, milkshake and cakes were great. The cafe gave the impression that there was always someone there to have a chat. We love going for a drive to Tin Can Bay and we will definitely go back to the Snack Shack.
Lovely staff and prompt service for a cheap feed. Great fish, chips and burgers on the waterfront. So good I went back twice in 2 days.
The freshest and best fish and chips from Cairns to the sunshine coast. I highly recommend the red emperor, yummy crisp batter, big fresh juicy fillet. You can become addicted. A lovely little dining area to sit and enjoy your food or wander across the road and sit on the grass or tables and chairs, while you watch the kids chase away the seagulls. Can get busy especially on the weekend in the busy seasons with up to an hours wait, but definately worth it.
