Tin Can Bay is fabulous outside the school holidays and this motel is lovely. Located one street back from the bay side it is set in gardens with many plans and tall trees. It's very quiet at night and during the day it's mostly just birds that you will here. The rooms are spacious and clean with a tiled floor throughout. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, flat wear, plates, mugs and glasses; perfect for eating simply at home. The shower is good and the rest of the bathroom is OK if a little tired. There's a small swimming pool with a couple of seating areas surrounded by yet more plans. The people here are pleasant and helpful - we were told about the dolphin feeding up at the point and they said it was worth a visit and it really was. This is a perfect place from which to explore Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach.
Simply the most relaxing place to stay in Tin Can Bay. The Owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Tin Can Bay is a very quiet little town. Great for fishing,boating and feeding wild dolphins. A couple of supermarkets, a bakery, cafes and good meals at The Marina Bar and Grill. Tin Can Bay Motel had a microwave oven in the room and is pet friendly! A quiet motel to stay at and very clean.
